Certified Medicine Aide, CMA
Base pay range: $15.50/hr – $18.50/hr.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of a licensed nurse, administer medications and medicated creams within the standards of practice as permitted by certification and state regulations.
Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and document administration per policy.
Maintain medication supply, clean and restock medicine carts and medicine room.
Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a state‑approved medication aide training course.
Completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant training program.
Certified Nursing Assistant with at least one year of experience as a CNA.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
