Repair Technician: Roofing*
Company: Bone Dry Roofing. We are seeking a Repair Technician to perform roofing, siding, and gutter repair for our customers. Work trucks and fuel are provided. Pay is commission‑based.
Job Responsibilities
Perform repairs as outlined in the scope of work, including roofing, gutters, and siding.
Serve as the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
Be on call for after‑hours emergency calls if on rotation.
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
Identify additional necessary repairs (e.g., gutters, windows).
Follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Pass a background check.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders safely, working at elevated heights on roofs and inspecting attics.
Must travel daily within the home market.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience or knowledge in carpentry, construction, or the roofing industry.
Customer‑service focus and diligent mindset.
Military service is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range $18–$30 (commensurate with experience) or 100% commission options.
