Job Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Unload incoming trucks as directed; inspect for damage; compare items and quantities received against freight bills

Assist with maintaining records of all items received and shipped

Assist with cycle count to maintain inventory accuracy

Operate materials handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies to move stock or organize storage

Document locations of received parts on packing lists and in ERP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Identify and document overflow locations for parts that will not fit in designated area

Attend team meetings; may provide input on material shortages or quality issues

Regularly and effectively communicate and interact with other team members in all departments

Prepare product for shipping on skids, crates or boxes

Pick, issue, and/or deliver parts to the production floor and maintain parts staging and organization

Work from production orders/material requisitions lists, and/or verbal instructions to identify the disposition of materials

Fill Production Orders

Assist with labeling, packing, and loading items for shipment according to specifications

Regular and predictable attendance at the worksite and on any assigned shift or work schedule is required for this position, as is the ability to work frequent overtime; this is not a job that can be performed remotely

Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience with industry software such as MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Infor ERP, or similar

Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills required

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

Ability to obtain and operate mobile equipment needed to perform essential functions

Work Environment

This is an office position associated with a manufacturing facility. The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when in the manufacturing area
