Allegiance Industries, Inc. Base pay range: $27,000 – $32,000 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience. Responsibilities

Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules, operating regulations, and practices. Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for lighting, climate control, security, and communications. Work with blueprints when installing electrical systems in manufacturing facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and other structures. Create accurate location markings on blueprints for circuits, outlets, load centers, panel boards, and other equipment. Install new electrical equipment and maintain and repair electrical systems promptly. Replace items such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electrical and electronic components, or wires. Perform NEC state/local regulation installations and complete construction documents while maintaining OSHA compliance. Orient and train new workers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Knowledgeable in raceway installations (PVC, RSC, EMT, IMC, Cable Tray) per NEC and manufacturer requirements. Knowledgeable in cable/conductor installations (THHN, XHHN/XHHW, MI, VFS-cable, control wiring) per NEC and manufacturer requirements. Knowledgeable in grounding installations per NEC requirements. Perform maintenance duties involving mechanical operations and electrical equipment. Perform preventative maintenance such as changing contacts and checking motors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems on converting plant equipment including electromechanical production equipment. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components – photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, encoders. PLC programs – troubleshoot ladder logic, components (CPU, I/O boards, counters, modules, devices) and communications modules (Ethernet). Basic understanding of programmable controllers. Knowledge of NEC and comply with state and local building codes when installing electrical systems. Perform calculations on deratings and loads. Calculate size and installation methods for specialty transformers. High voltage termination/splice standards per NEC and cable manufacturer requirements. Seniority level
