About the Location A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel all within a 125‑acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. About the Role The Public Area Attendant keeps public areas and restrooms clean, neat, and well supplied.
Essential Functions
Keeps all public areas including food and beverage outlets and banquet spaces neat, vacuumed, moped and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark‑free. Removes all trash from areas. Submits all maintenance issues in public areas and back‑of‑house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of Housekeeping management.
Periodically checks lobby restrooms and employee locker rooms. Makes sure all surfaces are clean. Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap, hand towels and removes all trash from areas. Removes all trash from back‑of‑house offices. Vacuums carpets and dusts surfaces in offices.
Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
Non-essential Functions
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Guestroom Attendant and House Attendant.
Assists Housekeeping management with weekly stock takes of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and chemicals needed for the cleaning of front and back of house areas.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Prior experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
