Pultrusion Crew Lead – Days – GEOTEK LLC
The Pultrusion Crew Lead is responsible for directing the daily flow of all aspects of Pultrusion activities and production on the shift. In addition to overseeing the team, this person will be accountable for ensuring proper run set up, meeting production metrics and quality targets, troubleshooting production problems as they arise, maintaining run records, and recommending improvements.

M–Th 6:00 am–6:15 pm
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for daily supervision of the Pultrusion crew
Ensures crews follow standard operating procedures
Coordinates exchanging setups on the machine
Identifies problems and cost savings solutions in the Pultrusion process
Actively participates in department process improvement and efficiency
Prepares finished products for secondary operations
Monitors and/or mixes resin and coatings
Job Requirements
Previous leadership experience preferred
Ability to properly prioritize and pay close attention to details
Able to read and write the English language
Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure
Able to work and lead with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving skills are essential
Strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safety
Compensation The compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $28.75. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
Physical Work Conditions
The position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day.
Work with or around power tools, loud equipment, and chemicals.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
