Position pays $18-24/hr depending on experience. Benefits and 401(k) offered.
Overview The Lawn Care Specialist team earns praise from customers for their thick, green, lush lawns. Specialists provide organic, hybrid, integrated, and all‑nutrient lawn care services, including seeding and aeration. As subject‑matter advisers they perform soil analysis and control insects, diseases, and unsightly weeds.
What a Day Is Like In this role, Lawn Care Specialists diagnose and treat diseases or infestations on client lawns. They work independently, choosing the proper product or customized blend. They communicate with clients, providing comprehensive information, and take pride in owning their territory.
What kind of person are we looking for?

Ability to run equipment and enjoy heavy lifting in various weather conditions
Degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience
1-2 years of hands‑on experience in lawn care maintenance and turf application
Responsibility and independence to work autonomously
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
Appropriate pesticide/herbicide applicator license(s), or ability to obtain one
