Job Description Party Hosts bring the fun to events by preparing the party area, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has a blast. Cast Members are empowered to provide the greatest service through cross‑training in various positions; over 60% of managers are promoted from within.

Essential Job Functions & Work Environment
Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift.
Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. Environment may include flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
