About the role
Join our team at Hunter Mountain and help guests have memorable experiences on the slopes. As an Activities Attendant, you’ll guide guests through attractions such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning.
We offer competitive compensation: $20/hr and benefits including free passes, discounted lift tickets for friends and family, free ski lessons, 40% retail discounts, and training through Epic Service. Hiring for seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled, whichever comes first.

Starting wage: $20/hr.
Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026.
Shift type: Part‑time; hours available.
Minimum age: 14 years.
Housing availability: Yes.
Responsibilities
Create fun experiences for guests, employees, and yourself.
Maintain safety for guests and staff.
Operate activities (e.g., Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Ropes Course) and answer guests’ questions.
Respond to guest feedback and provide on‑spot resolutions.
Verify tickets and handle ticket‑related inquiries.
Advocate for Vail Resorts and uphold high‑quality service.
Help keep the mountain clean and presentable.
Interact inclusively with guests of all backgrounds and skill levels.
Adapt to the variety of tasks and shifting responsibilities daily.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Will work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods.
Stamina for standing, twisting, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Friendly and communicative with diverse guests.
Background check required.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
