Responsibilities
Manage the multi‑line phone system, greet clients, and set a positive tone for the clinic.
Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle front‑desk financial transactions.
Advise owners on preventative care and other hospital services to promote pet wellness.
Provide a calm, empathetic presence for clients and pets.
Qualifications
Passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations with good judgment.
Strong organizational ability with priority setting and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, team‑first mindset and able to work independently.
Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
