Tile Setter / Installer
Join Surface Experts of Northeast Philadelphia as a Field Technician focused on tile repair and installation.
Pay Range Base pay: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr; Compensation: $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr (performance‑based commissions start day one).

Job Duties and Responsibilities
In the field: On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day, including on‑site work orders, customer service and follow‑ups.
Customer service and communication: Display world‑class service for tenants and property management staff, track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool, communicate with support team with questions.
Follow repair process: Understand and utilize our unique 5‑step repair process, employ each tool in your custom toolkit, problem‑solve repairs with creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with your hands – construction, manufacturing, painting or a personal hobby.
Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required.
Ability to identify, compare and recreate colors – an art background helps but is not required.
Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master.
