As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.
What’s In It For You
Site Location: Waller, Tx
Set schedule: Full-time Mon‑Fri 5am‑2pm
Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
Create all badges for visitors and employees (Experience preferred)
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
Accurately verify identification and documentation
Model strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and contractors
Create badges using badge management systems and intermediate computer applications
Qualifications
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Strong report writing skills
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
Strong proficiency with technology
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
Have a state license
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with no restriction B and clean driving record
Demonstrate a stable work history
Have reliable transportation
Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
Computer and social skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry)
Badging experience (preferred)
Willingness to work odd hours and under pressure
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
