About the Team Member Role Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. They ensure every guest feels welcomed, promote the company, provide excellent guest service, and keep a safe, clean store environment. The role offers growth opportunities; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates (including early hours as early as 3 am and weekends)
Must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
