Bus Driver – YMCA of Northern Colorado
We are seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to support our after‑school programs. The driver will transport children between school and the YMCA, assist with bus operations, and supervise the safety of children aged 5–12.
Responsibilities
Transport children between school and the YMCA.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the bus.
Support staff in providing supervision of children ages 5‑12 years old.
Interact positively with staff and children.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License and a clean MVR.
Provide written verification of at least 460 documented hours of experience working with school age children ages 5‑16.
Be committed to being a positive role model with youth.
Must enjoy interacting with staff and children.
Shift/Hours Weekly 10‑15 hours. Tentatively 2‑4 pm Monday‑Friday. Additional hours as a program leader may be available. *Listed shifts and hours are subject to change.
Salary Hourly $16.00‑$19.00. +10% differential for bilingual staff fluent in Spanish and English.
