The Adjuster is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of envelope folding machines or special purpose machines for operations of various production processes. Perform changes as needed, address jamming and other machine problems and perform routine maintenance. Works as Operator during break times and maintains a safe work area while maintaining optimal productivity.

Responsibilities

Repair, adjust and adjust production machines according to the specifications necessary for manufacturing

Work with different tools (manual, mechanical or others)

Work in a safe mannerPerform all other related tasks

Requirements

Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problem

Basic knowledge of mechanics

Ability to read measuring devices (use a ruler)

Basic math (convert inches to decimals and decimals to inches)

Positive attitude

Be able to work alone or in a team

Demonstrate great autonomy and be resourceful
