Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.
Responsibilities
Prepare all alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages for the dining room, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards.
Pre‑batch mixers, prep garnishes, and ensure mise en place is fully stocked before, during, and after service.
Operate the Beverage Trolley to offer table‑side Old Fashioned service, delivering a personalized and interactive guest experience.
Follow the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
Accurately read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain efficient flow of service.
Monitor product usage, complete and submit Liquor Requests, uphold safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
Participate in regular beverage trainings, tastings, and menu updates.
Complete additional side duties as needed.
Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
1‑2 years bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
Legal work authorization in the United States.
