About the Role As an Applebee's Server, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and enjoy working hard while having a great time.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently.
Provide recommendations and service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Commitment to making an impact as part of the team.
Compensation & Benefits Applebee's® servers start at minimum wage plus tips. Competitive wages, daily pay (not available in California), healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a clear career path are provided.
Physical Standards
Exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours.
Be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
Transport plates, glasses and baskets up to 30 times per shift.
Speak clearly, listen attentively, and use protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks as required.
Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
