Romeoville, Illinois
Compensation:
$19.25 – $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Position Summary We are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable
Security Officers
to support operations at a client site in
Romeoville, IL . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively utilizing technology as part of daily security operations.
Schedule & Coverage
24/7 coverage required
One (1) officer on duty at all times
Anticipated shifts:
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
Minimum Qualifications
Active
Illinois PERC Card
Completion of a
20‑hour security training certificate
Ability to successfully
pass a background check and drug screening
Advanced computer and technology skills are required , including the ability to confidently use multiple software platforms and digital systems as part of daily security operations
Physically capable of
standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation
is required
Demonstrated commitment to
excellent customer service
Preferred Experience
Prior
security or protective services experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Concierge, front‑desk, administrative, or e‑commerce experience
is a plus
