About the Role As a Bartender in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in a fast‑paced environment. Your expertise in mixology and guest service will ensure that patrons receive high‑quality drinks tailored to their preferences while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the bar area efficiently, including inventory control, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role demands physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance the overall dining and entertainment experience, fostering customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical capability to perform repetitive motions, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items safely.

Strong guest service skills with a professional and well‑groomed appearance.

Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in fine dining establishments or upscale bars.

Certification in responsible alcohol service or mixology courses.

Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine pairings.

Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies to ensure uninterrupted service during operating hours.

Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age.
