Esthetician – Austin, Texas at Restore Hyper Wellness. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for wellness and helping people look and feel their best.
Position Summary
With Restore’s continued growth and success, we are excited to hire an Esthetician to join our Arbor Trails location. As an Esthetician you will be responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, performing treatments including a variety of facials and body-work, and introducing clients to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services you provide.
Pay and Schedule
Pay: $20-$22/hr + monthly performance-based bonus potential. Status: Full- and Part-Time roles available. Schedule: Includes weekends. Studio: Arbor Trails.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives Generate, build, and maintain a client base Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each client session Suggest and promote retail products and cross-sell other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting membership packages, using POS system to check out customers, and operating wellness equipment Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests Demonstrate a commitment to Restore’s vision, mission and goals, modeling the values and culture
Requirements
Active Esthetician license Certified in Cryoskin equipment preferred but not required Certified in Hydrafacial equipment preferred but not required Passionate about providing excellent patient care Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
