Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a PRN Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical South. This is a PRN opportunity. The position will work as needed, primarily supporting morning shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm for our retail food service. Evening shifts and support for patient food service may also be required on occasion.
Responsibilities
Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc. assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
This Cook I will be located at Baptist South.
Education Required None
Education Preferred High School Diploma/GED
Experience
Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred
Less than 1 year Cooking Experience Preferred
License and Certification None
