About Us Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995. We focus on spreading joy through our products, offering a work‑life balance with early closing at 2 pm.
What a Day Looks Like
Arrive early (often around 3 am) to start baking and set up the bagel wall and pastry case.
Ensure the availability and consistent quality of bagels during each shift.
Assist with guest service, including order taking and sandwich preparation.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be available for varied hours/days, including early shifts and weekends.
Must pass a background check where required by local, state, and federal law.
Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred and required at some locations).
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
Additional benefits eligibility depends on position guidelines at hire.

Physical Demands This position requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. Most physical requirements can be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
