Hallmark Field Merchandiser (Part-time) – Orlando, FL 32832 Join the Hallmark Cards team as a Field Merchandiser, working independently to showcase strong organization, time‑management, and retailer relationship skills. As the face of Hallmark, you will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.

Job Overview Work in the Hallmark department of grocery, drug, department, and mass‑retail stores, with a focus on restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products. You will use a mobile device provided by Hallmark for communication, reporting, and feedback.

Salary and Schedule Details

Hourly pay: $14.00 – $16.00 depending on skills and experience.

Eligible for annual pay increases.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours: 14 – 15 per week.

Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement:

Restock, organize, and monitor inventory using Hallmark’s mobile device. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.

Holiday support:

Additional days and extended hours during peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). May work on the holiday itself, including weekends.

Department resets:

Assist with installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures and card sections. Two weeks’ advance notice for remodel assignments; may involve evenings or weekend work.

Team collaboration:

Support other merchandisers as needed within the Hallmark field organization.

Physical Requirements Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally. Requires kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or step ladders. Work on selling floor and back stockrooms.

Basic Qualifications

18 years or older.

English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents.

Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.

Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores.
