Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, adjusting throughout the school year Differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs Maintain accurate records of student progress and development Apply research‑based best practices in daily teaching Manage behavior and create a positive learning environment Use school‑approved curricula that reflect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds Implement and uphold school culture expectations and norms Communicate with families on academic and social‑emotional growth Integrate technology to support learning Participate in planning non‑instructional activities as needed Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues Perform other duties as assigned About You

Active, current Ohio teaching license in the appropriate grade level Bachelor’s degree in education or related field Comfortable in a growth‑focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage confidential information responsibly Capability to supervise students across school settings Passion for fostering student success in an urban environment Clearability of federal and state criminal background checks About Us

Salary range: $41,000 – $50,500, influenced by location, experience, education, and other qualifications. Benefits
