Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supporting and handling administrative and executive tasks, be highly organized, flexible, and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Highly organized and able to multi‑task.
Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.
Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and stand or sit for prolonged periods.
Responsibilities
Assisting with general office duties.
Copying, organizing, and filing documents.
Data entry and using Excel.
Mailing and postage.
Shift Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, on‑site in person.
