Job Description We are seeking a talented Line Cook to join our expanding culinary team. The successful candidate will prepare food to the chef’s exact specifications, prep and set‑up line stations, work the line during meal periods, and assist the executive and sous chef with daily tasks. The role contributes to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Maintain sanitary food handling habits and kitchen equipment operation
Qualifications
Solid knife skills
Willingness to cook healthy food
Understanding of kitchen equipment operation
Sanitary food handling habits
Positive attitude and interest in a healthy lifestyle
Two years of line cook experience or a culinary degree preferred; will train minimum‑experience candidates
