As an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role significantly contributes to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling or canceling appointments.
Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and demonstrating empathy.
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs while adhering to bank policies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations through attentive service.
Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
Ability to engage clients with clear and polite communication.
Ability to resolve client issues with precision and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate as a team to deliver seamless service.
Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
Cash handling experience.
