Job Summary Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time: Accomplishing Capriotti’s mission begins and ends with you. You will help ensure hot food is served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, and the environment clean, in full uniform with a smile.
Responsibilities
Customer Service Skills: You will often speak directly to the customer, using good listening skills, calm and friendly communication, and patience.
Uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines.
Basic Mathematics: Handle money for customers and take stock of supplies; add and subtract quickly.
Time Management Skills: Manage a busy shop quickly to avoid burning product, order errors, and avoid accidents.
Flexibility: Work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
Teamwork: Work with your team to create a great experience for our customers and a great work environment.
Adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes.
Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty; this is a requirement and is ongoing throughout employment.
Qualifications
Excellent guest service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.
At least 16 years of age.
