Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in children’s lives? Academics is a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Westminster looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join from January. You will work closely with class teachers, providing support across a range of classroom activities to help pupils engage with their learning, complete tasks and participate fully in lessons.
Location Primary school, Westminster
Start Date January
Contract Full‑time, Monday to Friday
Salary £95‑£100 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Provide class support to pupils and teachers within the Early Years setting.
Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management.
Carry out classroom and non‑classroom activities.
Help create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.
Liaise effectively with teachers to support pupil progress.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working with children within a school or similar setting.
Teaching Assistant eager to make an impact in a flourishing primary school.
Graduates with a pro‑active mindset are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
