Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work station, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Provide accurate monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
Navigate the designated delivery area, using maps and navigation skills, including multi‑story buildings.
Deliver pizzas, flyers, and door hangers to customers.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, processing orders over the phone and in person.
Maintain proficiency with brand communication standards.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying items up to 30 pounds.

Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces heights 36"–48".
Walking:
For short distances; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
Sitting:
Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; items up to 3′×1.5″; stacking onto shelves up to 72".
Carrying:
Small cans (3 lb 7 oz), jars of pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb each). Deliveries involve walking and climbing duties.
Pushing:
Moving trays on dollies, up to 7.5 lb force.
Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may include five or more flights.
Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at pizza assembly and front counter; 30‑45 s per cycle.
Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching:
Continuous up/down/forward; up to 72" for oven or sign controls; down for scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
Driving:
Deliver pizzas within a designated area; multiple deliveries per shift; must have safe driving record and insured vehicle.
