Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full and part-time Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Organize and participate in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
Skills and Qualifications
CDA, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Evidence of emotional maturity and stability
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Evidence of sufficient judgment to handle crisis situations
