Cooking and preparing food following 100% recipe adherence, including seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving.
Using knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
Greeting guests warmly and taking drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their arrival.
Accurately totaling, processing, and collecting payments from guests—including using the point‑of‑sale system.
Handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change, while complying with the company’s cash handling and loss prevention standard operating procedures.
Being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products; recommending options to guests, especially regarding potential food allergens.
Delivering first‑class experiences to the traveling public, whether in an on‑trend national brand or an iconic local concept.
Pay Rate: $18.81 plus tips.
