The pay range is $21.75 - $37.00 per hour.

All About Food & Beverage The Food & Beverage team ensures guests receive fresh, accurately priced, and consistently stocked products. The team handles replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing for all Food & Beverage areas.

Responsibilities
Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs, including early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends.
Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by the direct leader.
Assess Food Service back‑of‑house, production areas, dining spaces, and merchandising spaces to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels.
Walk Food & Beverage Standards and Food Service routines daily to assess priorities and review reporting to identify business gaps for follow-up.
Follow all food safety requirements and cleaning routines, including monitoring and recording temperature‑sensitive food items.
Validate and follow‑up on team members’ progress against department checklists and routines.
Lead the team to uphold and maintain all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and production specifications (where applicable).
Foster a productive relationship with your Starbucks district manager, attend required in‑store planning and business meetings, and follow up on key takeaways.
Ensure accurate in‑stocks by placing store‑initiated orders according to best practices.
Follow proper perishable inventory management procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory.
Make production quantity decisions just‑in‑time to ensure freshness, in‑stocks, sales, and profitability are achieved consistently.
Remain up‑to‑date on relevant trends and products to educate team members.
Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes.
At the direction of the direct leader, establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable.
Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications, in addition to Food Safety Manager Certification.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead the team to work in the same way.
Lead and demonstrate a safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors, identifying and correcting hazards, and assisting with incident response.
Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic, respectful, and creating equitable experiences.
Guide the team in executing all best practices and help close skill gaps through development, coaching and interaction.
Model the execution of physical security processes to enhance the in‑store security culture.
Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store, including ordering, storage, and application as directed by best practices.
Follow all safe and secure training and processes if carrying key responsibilities.
Address all store emergency and compliance needs.
Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.
Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU) while maintaining a compliance culture.
Model a welcoming experience by greeting guests as the team completes daily tasks.
Engage with guests in a welcoming way and help solve their specific needs.
Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Training and Certification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Age 18 or older.
Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business.
Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
Communicate via multiple frequency devices and use handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
Effective communication skills.
Additional Requirements
Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.
Interpret instructions, reports and information.
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
Climb up and down ladders as required.
Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequent lifting up to 44 pounds.
Maintain flexible availability; reliable and prompt attendance is necessary.
Work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to -10°F and in environments where allergens may be present.
Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift; shift length may vary.
