Responsibilities
Set and reset tables efficiently to accommodate guests and ensure a smooth flow of service.
Clear and clean tables, taking care to remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guest tables.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and spot-cleaning as needed.
Collaborate with the restaurant team to provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Busser in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the restaurant team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Stand and walk for long shifts.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g. bus tubs, trays).
Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
Push/pull carts and trash bins.
Work within a fast-paced environment.
