Staffmark is hiring a Bench Jeweler for a direct-hire opportunity in Smyrna, TN!
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $22-$26/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Repair and service client jewelry while ensuring quality and timely turnaround.
Maintain safe accountability of gemstones, diamonds, and metals used in repairs.
Perform approximately 20 repairs per day to meet production goals.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years' experience in jewelry repair, including sizing, chain repair, prong/stone setting, stone tightening, shank work, polishing, and finishing.
Proficient in using a microscope and reading instructions for accurate repairs.
Willingness to train others and share expertise.
Highly organized with strong communication skills.
Ability to pass a bench test.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of invisible set repairs, production work, laser engraving, and laser welding is a plus.
