JOB SUMMARY
The Dealer will create and maintain a fun, entertaining, party atmosphere for extended periods of time while dealing various table games. Will provide the best service experience for customers.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet each guest with a bright, genuine smile and enthusiastic verbal greeting
Control pace of the game and inform the Table Games Supervisor/ Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play
Generate fun and excitement at all times
Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established procedures
Responsible for game protection and game control.
Know and abide by Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations, approved internal controls and company policies and procedures
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
