General Laborer – Full‑Time We are seeking a hands‑on and mechanically inclined General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and production equipment in a fast‑paced environment. The technician will be responsible for setting up precast molds, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with forklift operations.
What You’ll Do
Set up and prepare precast molds and equipment for daily production.
Operate hand and power tools including grinders, air ratchets, and air guns.
Assist with mechanical tasks related to precast production.
Safely operate a sit‑down automatic forklift (experience preferred).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues.
Support team members in completing production goals.
What You Bring
Hands‑on experience with tools and mechanical equipment.
Familiarity with grinders, air tools, and general shop equipment.
Forklift experience (sit‑down automatic) is a strong plus.
Ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
