Overview
This role is responsible for calendar scheduling, working with online room scheduler and taking minutes at several meetings. Timekeeping for 200+ employees and support of managers who are in need of help with Kronos scheduler.
Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree
Responsibilities
Weekly review of Kronos for managers
Bi-weekly review of quality indicators - Glo and QA for supervisors and coordinators
Monthly graphing of quality indicators
Monthly communication and follow-through for competencies for housekeepers, waste management and floor care areas
Customer service for all sales reps, vendors and repair staff from outside of the facility
Excellent phone skills with customers
Calendar set up and follow through for Director & Manager
Purchasing through Lawson
Room scheduler including room set up for EVS leaders as needed
Meeting minutes as assigned by Director or Manager
Organize and responsible for department scrub program
Complete quality assurance, glo check and competency assignments and successful completion records as well as graphing results monthly
Send reminder emails to all EVS leaders regarding their assignments for Quality Assurance, Glo Checks and Competencies
Be responsible for all Kronos Timekeeping, vacation requests and master schedule
Create and print the 4-week master schedule for all EVS, Linen, Med Waste and Floor Care employees
Create and update the Holiday Schedule for all EVS employees
Assist Quality and Training manager with JLRP class scheduling, instructor invites, printing and assembling handouts
Review all Zone Reports and submit the necessary work requests to facilities, also inform EVS leadership of any issues via email

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $16.03 per hour – $25.97 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
