Responsibilities
Operate plow and salting equipment during snow events.
Maintain safe operating conditions and follow company and DOT safety guidelines.
Be available 24/7 when snow events occur; hours are determined based on snowfall.
Spot‑clean and report any equipment or vehicle issues.
Qualifications
General plow and salting knowledge required.
Valid Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
24/7 Availability – must be available when there is a snow event.
