What does a Cook at Sagora do?
Cook à la carte items.
Monitor stock.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
Assist with training of all culinary team members.
Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner.
What do you need to be a Cook?
One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred).
ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
Skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
