Job Description Summary Sr. Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities The Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist is responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This front‑line role involves understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, delivering outstanding customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting logistics for dispatch and equipment delivery. The role may also include training other team members.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience, or a 4 year degree + 1 year of industry experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong customer service & telephone skills
Solid computer and administrative skills
Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
