What you will DO:
Manage day‑to‑day LATAM order processing and track shipment schedules
Upload and maintain weekly POS report
Follow up weekly backorder lists and order statuses
Support the PM and sales team with sales‑related tasks such as credit notes and sales in/out reports
Address customer inquiries and issues related to sales
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager
What you will NEED:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant working experience with an Associate Arts/Science degree
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable working
independently
and collaboratively with the sales team
