Description We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and will have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example, coach and mentor the sales team to meet sales and customer service targets.

Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.

Open and close the store on a rotational basis.

Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Support store operations and ensure smooth daily running.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Cash handling experience, including opening, closing, and reconciliation (desirable).

Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring (desirable).

Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Experience with retail point-of-sale software (required).

Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is

$17.25 to $28.75 . Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget.

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education support, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
