ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Serve Food in a timely manner.
Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests.
Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Work requires 6 months previous food server / running experience.
Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant public. Also, requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. May require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs. Shifts may vary based on business needs. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke. I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance, and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia, I will be under that surveillance. I also acknowledge that I have had my photograph taken and understand it will be kept on file with Caesars Virginia Surveillance Department.
