Responsibilities
Lead the floor: serve as a resource to other staff and provide on‑call coverage as needed.
Provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, and help with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
Complete state‑required training/certification as applicable.
