As a Music Teacher, you will teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, grow student numbers, and nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, passion, and respect.
Responsibilities
Partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
Assist with customer service as needed and help build long‑term relationships with students.
Additional duties as assigned.
Student & Parent Partnership
Collaborate with students and families through frequent communication, building trust, and respecting parental insight.
Communicate students' and parents’ progress and goals frequently.
Requirements
Previous experience in music, education, or a related field.
Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (e.g., drums, guitar, keyboard).
Demonstrated proficiency and competence in the area you will be teaching.
