Residential Remodeling Trainee Location:
Salt Lake City, UT Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 6:30 AM start
Purpose of Position:
Assist in performing safe and effective installations, following our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while delivering a 5‑star customer experience.
Key Role Accountabilities
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.

Compensation The approximate hourly pay for this position is $17–$20 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
