About the Role You’ll lead a self-contained early childhood classroom, providing instruction aligned with TEKS and individualized goals. You’ll create engaging, hands‑on lessons that support communication, independence, and early academic skills—helping students build confidence and a love for learning. Collaboration with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families is central to this role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Texas Special Education certification required
Experience in a self-contained or early childhood classroom preferred
A genuine love for teaching students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Start Date: Immediate – January 2026 Benefits: Competitive salary, TRS retirement, health insurance, weekly PD
