What We’re Looking For The Grade – one of our most important positions, responsible for determining the quality of our goods and ensuring that items sold become part of job training for people with barriers to employment. You will examine and grade donated goods to sell in our stores and online.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
Pivotal across multiple work areas to support daily production.
Identify and quickly solve problems and seek management support.
Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers.
Consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e‑learning, and work instructions.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
Adhere to safety and security practices, including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management.
Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Consistently foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgement.
Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift (individuals age 16 to 17 will not be allowed to operate forklifts, balers or compactors).
