How You’ll Make a Difference We are seeing a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction crew. The successful candidate will assist in various physical tasks on-site, supporting tradespeople, ensuring site cleanliness, and contributing to the timely and quality completion of our projects. Responsibilities include:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures.

Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to designated areas.

Support skilled tradesmen such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by supplying tools, materials, and performing assigned tasks.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Perform demolition, excavation, and basic site preparation.

Ensure the construction site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in construction or general labor is an asset but not required.

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.

Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.

Willingness to learn and take direction.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
